All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal intends to recruit Assistant Professors in the following Departments on CONTRACTUAL BASIS for a period of 1 Year or till regular appointment, whichever is earlier.

1. Medical Oncology/Haematology - 02 (UR)
2. Neonatology - 01 (UR), 1 (OBC)
3. Neurology - 01(UR)

• All aspiring Interested Indian Nationals/ persons registered as Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) cardholder under Section 7A of the Citizenship Act, 1955 and fulfilling the eligibility conditions are hereby instructed to submit their filled in application in the prescribed format as available on the Institute's website by email at recruitment@aiimsbhopal.edu.in on or before 05:00 pm till 15/02/2024.

• The candidates are required to bring the same filled in application in the prescribed format along with proof of identity, date of birth, eligibility qualification
mark sheets, degrees, experience certificate, No objection certificate and other relevant documents in original and one set of self-attested copies of the documents and the application fee (if applicable) on the date of Document Verification i.e. 16/02/2024.

• The date of Interview will be 17/02/2024

Eligibility Conditions:

Essential for Medical candidates (for General Discipline):

1. A medical qualification included in the I or II schedule or part II of the third schedule to the Indian medical council Act of 1956 (Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of third schedule should also fulfil the condition specified in section 13(3) of the Act.)

2. A postgraduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/subject.

Experience:

Three years teaching and/or research experience in experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of
M.D./M.S. or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Essential for super-speciality disciplines:

1. Same as 1 & 2 for general discipline
2. D.M. in the respective discipline/ subject for medical super-specialities and M.Ch. in the respective discipline/ subject for surgical super-specialities (2 years or 3 years or 5 years recognized course) Or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Experience:

One year teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch. (2 years or 5 years recognized course after MBBS) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto. However, no experience is necessary for the candidates possessing the 3 years recognised degree of D.M/M.Ch. or qualification recognised equivalent thereto.
