Interested and eligible candidates may attend Walk-In-Interview for following post(s) (On Contract)  under the project entitled  “Identification of Genetic Predictors Responsible for Local Failure in Margin-Negative Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma Patients in India”  funded by the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR). Candidates are required to carry Bio-data, Recent passport-size photograph, Original Documents of PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Experience Certificates, Education Certificates, and One Set of Self-Attested Copies of All Certificates on given dates for attending the Interview.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

Master's Degree in Bioinformatics or in any stream of Biological Sciences or Life Sciences with minimum 55% marks.

Desirable experience:

1.   Candidates having extensive experience in the analysis of cancer genomics including analysis on next-generation sequencing (NGS) data from biological and clinical samples for Whole genome/exome sequencing/transcriptomic, targeted sequencing of limited gene panel, and establishment of an in-house bioinformatics pipeline for the same.

2. The candidate must have a sound knowledge in Linux, scripting, R programming.

3.   Candidates working in academic institutions with a minimum 2 years of proven experience will be preferred.

Age Limit: 40 years as of the date of the interview.

CONSOLIDATED MONTHLY REMUNERATION: Rs. 61,040/-
