Walk-in-interview will be held at Water Technology Centre, ICAR- Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi-110012 to recruit One Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Two Field Worker/Helper under DST funded Project on “North India Centre for Water Technology Research in Agriculture”. Interested candidates who meet the below mentioned qualifications are directed to send a copy of their bio-data/ CV in the prescribed format to khajanchidst@gmail.com by 30th April 2024. The eligible candidates may appear for the interview on 07th May 2024 at 10:00 AM along with their complete bio-data in an Application format. Reporting time: 09.30 AM for verification of certificates (must bring
original certificates).

Terms and Conditions:
1. Age limit: Maximum age is 35 years (age relaxation of five years for SC/ST & women and three years for OBC)

2. The advertised positions are purely temporary and contractual appointment and will be filled on contractual basis up to 10th September 2024 or till the termination of the project which ever is earlier. The appointments may be terminated at any time without notice or assigning any reason thereof. The JRF and Field Worker/Helper may also leave the assignment, on their own volition, by giving one month notice. The renewal and continuation of yearly contract is subject to the satisfactory work performance. The candidate shall not claim regular appointment at this Institute, as the post is co-terminus with the project.

3. He/She will be stationed at Project sites/IARI, New Delhi. However, the selected candidates may have to visit any place in India, if need arises.

4. In case of number of candidates are large enough, the Competent Authority reserves the right to fix the criteria to limit the candidate on the basis of qualification, experience etc. The decision of the Competent Authority will be final.

5. No regular leave will be allowed except casual and restriced holidays not exceeding 10 days in a year as per ICAR rules

6. The applicant is required to declare if any of his/her near or distant relative is an employee of ICAR/IARI and has to declare his or her name, designation, nature of duties, relationship in advance in writing.

7. Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification or termination.

8. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.

9. No objection and experience certificate from the employer in case he/she is in employment.

10. Candidates reaching after the specified timing will not be entertained.
